Plots Mega e-Auction: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath The Uttar Pradesh government headed by U.P. is going to conduct a mega e-auction of the plots. Under this, industrial projects will be allotted on a large scale. Its date has been fixed for 13th July i.e. Thursday. This mega e-auction is being organized by the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Department (UPSIDA). According to the news agency PTI, this information has been received. To speed up the industrial development of Uttar Pradesh, such e-auction is being organized so that the availability of land for industries can be ensured.

This online auction will start from 10 am on July 13. For this auction will be held in Lucknow, Kanpur, Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Agra, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Gorakhpur and Aligarh. Under this, a total of 154 plots will be put up for auction. Out of these 154 plots, 3 group housing, one nursing home, 8 plots for warehouse and others will be put up for auction.

In the mega auction process, the process of making fees, catalog downloading, document filing and downloading along with the application has already been done through online medium. Not only this, the bidding process for the auction of all these proposed plots and the determination of the rented hall has also been decided.
Which plots have the highest price
The most expensive plots in this mega e-auction are of industrial plots in Trans Delhi Signature City. After this, many types of plots in Ayodhya, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jhansi and Agra are ready to be sold at the cost of crores. This auction will be conducted on the official website of UPCIDA from 10 am on July 13. Under this, allocation of land and plots worth crores will be done and land-plots will be sold for industrial use.
