Keeping in mind the election year, the Madhya Pradesh government does not want to leave any chance to woo the public. A campaign to legalize illegal colonies has been launched in Madhya Pradesh. Uncle Shivraj’s intention is that every poor person should have his own house and whenever the land on which he has built a house is justified, then it should be given full benefits.
Taking this trend forward, the Indore Municipal Corporation has also started a campaign to legalize many illegal colonies. The corporation is legalizing the illegal colonies, but what will happen to the plots which are in the development authority’s share and houses have been built there. This subject was deeply discussed and the result was that now the Development Authority has also started legalizing illegal colonies.
In a discussion with ABP, IDA President Jaipal Singh Chavda told that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh’s campaign to legalize illegal colonies was going on in the entire state, there was talk in the middle that due to Indore Development Authority, there are many colonies which are not legal. It is possible.
On the other hand, when researched, it was found that there are many such schemes, whose denotification should have happened over time, but their notification could not be done there. In this connection, initially five schemes have been selected, which have been recommended to the government for de-notification, so that the rest of the colonies will also be eligible to be legalized.
