Atiq-Ahraf Murder Case: It has been three and a half months since the murder of mafia don Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf in police custody. After which now UP SIT is going to file charge sheet in the court. This case is related to the murder of Atiq-Ashraf in police custody. According to reports, in a day or two, the SIT will file a charge sheet in the district judge’s court. According to reports, the charge sheet only mentions the accused Lovelesh Tiwari, Sunny Singh and Arun Maurya, who were caught by chance, and no one else’s name is included in it.

Due to the very high profile of the Atiq-Ashraf murder case, many people’s eyes are on this case. Till now the police has interrogated the three accused seven times. This inquiry was done by going to Prayagraj’s Naini Jail and Pratapgarh Jail, but in the interrogation so far all the three shooters are firm on their statements. No one has given any such statement, due to which any contradiction comes to the fore. Many times people also raised questions regarding their narco and polygraph test, it is being said that if the investigation did not go beyond three people then why their narco or polygraph was not done.

Statements of the three accused were recorded 7 times

It has been said in the charge sheet of the SIT that so far the statements of the three accused, Lavlesh, Arun and Sunny have been recorded seven times. There is no contradiction in his statements. His statements have also been verified from every angle. The SIT team questioned them about the reason for the murder of Atiq-Ashraf, their place of stay, hotel, recovered foreign pistol. Along with this, it was asked why he had come as a media person and from where did he get the ID card. On all these questions, no contradiction was found in the statements and corroboration of the shooters.

That’s why narco test was not done

Regarding the narco and polygraph tests of the three shooters, the SIT says that such tests are required only if the accused tries to hide something in a case or there are repeated contradictions in the statements.

Let us tell you that on April 15 this year, Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were murdered in police custody when they were brought to Colvin Hospital in Prayagraj for medical examination. All the three shooters had reached there posing as media personnel and had fired and killed them. Politics was also seen on this matter.
