Who can apply
The eligibility to apply is according to the post. Broadly speaking, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 percent marks. Ed or equivalent degree is also necessary. For the post of PGT, TGT, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required in the relevant subject. To apply for these posts, the age of General Category Candidates (Male) should not be more than 37 years. The age limit for women and reserved category has been fixed at 40 years. And for some categories of candidates, the age limit has been fixed at 42 years.
