Chandrayaan 3 Launch: Chandrayaan-3 was launched on Friday (July 14) from Sriharikota Satish Dhawan Space Station in Andhra Pradesh. According to ISRO, Chandrayaan is likely to land on the lunar surface on the evening of 23 August. Now S Unnikrishnan Nair, director of Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, told how it will be taken away from the earth to land on the surface.
S Unnikrishnan Nair said, “From Saturday (July 15) the onboard thrusters will be fired and chandrayaan 3 On August 23, it will move away from the Earth to land on the surface of the Moon. Vehicle systems have performed very well. Whatever initial conditions the spacecraft needed, everything was given from our side and the first phase of the experiment was 100 percent successful. ,

India will join the club of these countries by soft landing
At the same time, on the launch of Chandrayaan-3 mission, ISRO Chairman S Somnath had said that if all goes well, its soft landing will take place at 5.47 pm on August 23. If the soft landing attempt is successful, India will join the club of countries like America, former Soviet Union and China who have achieved such a feat.
According to the news agency PTI, shortly after the launch of Chandrayaan-3, the rocket was successfully separated from LVM3-M4. ISRO chief S Somnath had told that ‘Chandrayaan-3’ has started its journey towards the moon. In this third lunar mission of India, the scientists aim for ‘soft landing’ of the lander on the lunar surface.
