In this video viral on social media, it is being claimed that this clip is from Kullu in Himachal Pradesh. According to media reports, this video is from 2016 and is not from India. This clip is from Sangihe, Indonesia. Actually, this video was found on the website of an Indonesian news channel, the date of which was 23 June 2016. It has been told that on June 22, 2016, there was a landslide and flood in Tahuna district of Sangihe, Indonesia, after which houses were damaged by flood water.

Indonesian website Brilio.net also mentioned this in a news report on 23 June 2016, which also carried the same video. It has also been told in this report that a Facebook user named Fabi Abhi Mantar had uploaded this video when there was a terrible flood and landslide in Tahuna area. Fabi Abhi Manyata’s Facebook page states that she is from New Zealand and is living in Indonesia. After this fact check, it has become clear that this viral video is not from Kullu in Himachal Pradesh and it has nothing to do with the recent floods and devastation.
