Jharkhand News: In Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi (Ranchi), the police is now preparing to clamp down on the brokers who have forcibly occupied land, just like the Uttar Pradesh model. The police will not only send land brokers accused of more than one case to jail, but will also send them to Badar district. For this, a list of such land brokers is being prepared by the Ranchi Police.
According to the police, brokers along with their henchmen capture the land by making fake agreements. Such cases are continuously coming to the fore in Ranchi. During capture, they fight and also demolish the already built boundary wall on the ground. Names of brokers against whom more than one such cases are registered are being included in the list. After this the police will arrest those touts and send them to jail.
Names of more than 50 people in the list
Along with the names of more than four dozen touts in the list, action will also be taken to banish such touts to the district, so that the cases of forcible land grabbing come down in the city. The names of more than 50 brokers have so far been included in the list being prepared by the Ranchi Police. Along with this, the names of more land brokers will be included in this. The names of such brokers have been included in the list, against whom more than one case has been registered in the case of land grabbing.
Fake deed is easily prepared
Fake deed of any land is easily prepared in Ranchi. The land brokers take advantage of this, they first prepare a fake deed for the land the broker wants to occupy. After this the brokers along with their henchmen reach to take possession of that land. If boundary wall is already constructed on the land, then they demolish it. During this, when the landowner reaches to stop him, they thrash him. Many such cases have come to the fore, in which brokers have also fired to capture the land.
Attempt to capture retired judge’s land
On May 25, a broker pulled down the boundary wall on the land of retired Justice MY Iqbal near Vikrant Chowk of Lower Bazar police station area and started occupying it. However, after the protest, the broker fled from there along with his henchmen. In this case, a case was registered against three brokers in the Lower Bazar police station. In this case, the High Court has ordered the police to provide the list of all the land brokers and inform them about the action taken in the land dispute. After this order, a list of land brokers is being prepared by the police.
