All attacks by Russia failed

The Moscow-appointed governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozayev, said the attacks on the port of Sevastopol and the city’s Balaklava and Kherson districts failed. At the same time, Moscow-appointed city transport officials said on their Telegram channel that sea transport, including passenger boats, was closed for several hours on Sunday morning.
