NDA Vs Opposition Parties Meet Live Updates: After Bengaluru, there is a show of strength of NDA in Delhi today. 38 parties can attend the NDA meeting. Chirag Paswan will also formally join the NDA. On the other hand, today is the second day of the two-day meeting of 26 opposition parties to chalk out a strategy against the BJP. After the meeting, all the leaders will also hold a press conference.
Several issues were discussed in the meeting of 26 opposition parties in Bengaluru a day earlier (July 17). After the meeting which lasted for about two and a half hours, all the leaders attended the dinner party. On opposition unity, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said, we want to free the people of India from the politics of dictatorship, anti-people, hatred and loot.
At the same time, BJP chief JP Nadda also attacked the meeting of the opposition. He said, the opposition alliance is the family of Bhanumati. They neither have a leader nor any policy, they are a bunch of corruption and scams. On the meeting of opposition parties, Delhi BJP tweeted- ‘Choron ki Baraat’ reached Bengaluru, but the question is one – who is the bridegroom?
Congress leader Jairam Ramesh took a jibe at the NDA meeting and said, efforts are being made to revive the NDA. This is the direct effect of coming together of 26 opposition parties.
