Through this portal, the investors whose money was stuck in Sahara for years have got hope of getting back their hard earned money. But when the investors clicked on the website of the Ministry of Cooperation to go to the Sahara refund portal, they were disappointed. The website of the Ministry of Cooperation is not opening at all (at 3.20 pm).

Many investors of Sahara were seen complaining about non-operation of the portal. Although the portal started running from 4 pm. You will see the link of CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal on the homepage of the Ministry of Cooperatives itself. After clicking on which you will directly come to the CRCS-Sahara refund portal.

According to the online portal, this portal has been prepared for the investors of four cooperative societies of Sahara – Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Hamara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited and Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited. The portal has been made very user friendly. Also, this process is completely transparent and digital as well. The correct depositors have to click on the website of Ministry of Cooperation https://cooperation.gov.in. To get the refund, one has to apply online on the portal and upload the necessary documents.

How can I get refund?

Depositors must have an Aadhaar linked bank account and mobile number. Along with this, he will have to give proof of the money deposited in Sahara’s cooperative societies. Sahara Group of Society will verify the same within 30 days of applying for refund. And the decision will be communicated through SSS or portal within 15 days. Or it will be informed within 45 days of online claim. Only online claims received through Sahara Refund Portal will be considered. No fee will have to be paid for online claim submission.
