Jagat Singh Negi was replying to the statement of former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur, in which Jairam Thakur termed it unfortunate for Himachal Pradesh government not thanking the Center.
The central government did not give the helicopter for free
Jagat Singh Negi also said that these days the former chief minister has no work and the ministers of the state government are constantly busy in work. Jairam Thakur has a lot of time these days. Negi said that the issue of disaster in Himachal Pradesh is not of the central government or the state government, but it is a matter of the country. Himachal Pradesh is a part of the country itself. He said that the former Chief Minister says that the Center should send helicopters for help, but the state government will also pay its fees. These helicopters were not available for free. Negi said that these days Jairam Thakur’s video is viral on social media, in which he is meeting the public not on the ground but by sitting in the car.
Don’t mislead the public, Jairam Thakur
Negi said that all the ministers of the government headed by Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu are on the ground and are engaged in solving the problems of the people. He said that former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur should not mislead the public. He said that if Jairam Thakur had so much problem, he would have called and told only once. The government would have solved their problem. He said that the former Chief Minister only talks big. If the former Chief Minister wants to thank the Center only, then he thanks the Center again and again. But, in return, the central government should help the crisis-ridden Himachal Pradesh.
