Jagan Mohan Reddy on UCC: There is an uproar over the Uniform Civil Code across the country. Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy met Muslim representatives on Wednesday (July 19). During this, he said, “The Center has not yet prepared the draft bill on UCC and no one knows what will happen inside it.”
Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “It is your government which is working for the interests of the weaker sections and minorities and it will not take any decision that hurts your sentiments. Don’t be unnecessarily worried about it.”
