Haryana & Punjab Weather Today: It has been 50 days of monsoon in the country. The process of rain is still going on. The quota of rain in the country has almost been completed. The country has received 312.6 mm of rain so far. While the average figure of rain is 313.9 mm. This time monsoon has been most kind to Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and floods have come in Himachal and Uttarakhand. While the southern states from where the monsoon had entered, there has been less rainfall.

How will be the weather in Haryana today
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in Haryana for today i.e. Wednesday. There is a possibility of rain with thunder in all 22 districts of the state. During this, strong winds are also going to blow. There is a possibility of heavy rains in Haryana’s Ambala, Panchkula, Kurukshetra. Apart from this, it may rain in Rohtak, Hisar, Fatehabad, Sonepat, Jind, Panipat, Karnal districts during the night. Let us tell you that the water of Ghaggar and Yamuna river has entered 80 more villages. 12 districts of the state are affected by floods, while 1378 villages have come under the grip of floods. In view of which the state government is preparing to declare the state as flood affected.

How will be the weather in Punjab
Monsoon is still on the trough line in Punjab. The Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rain and thunder and strong winds in the state till July 22. Despite the rain, the humid heat is also troubling the people. The mercury reached 38 degree Celsius in Gurdaspur on Tuesday, which was the highest in the state. The humidity in Punjab is going to be troubling for the next 7 days. Let us tell you that 1432 villages in 19 districts of Punjab are in the grip of flood. The water level of all the three dams of the state is still high.
