In the monsoon session of Parliament starting from July 20, opposition parties have made preparations to surround the government on various issues like the situation in Manipur and the Delhi Services Ordinance. The monsoon session is being organized at a time when on this Tuesday (July 18), 26 opposition parties have formed the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (India) to challenge the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

During this session of Parliament, the issue of Delhi National Capital Territory Government Amendment Ordinance and its related bill will come up prominently and there are chances of a tussle between the government and the opposition.
