Rajasthan Elections 2023: All parties have entered the fray for the upcoming assembly elections in Rajasthan. In such a situation, the big challenge for the party is to focus on such an assembly seat where the party has lost the assembly elections 2 and 3 times. About 50 seats are being considered in such Rajasthan. In that Udaipur division or say Mewar, there are 10 such seats where the Congress is looking weak because it has lost the elections 2 and 3 times. Whereas Mewar has 28 seats out of which Congress has 10 seats. Let us know which are those seats and what is the strategy of the Congress on them.

This is 10 assembly seats
Talking about Udaipur division, there are 6 districts in which there are 28 assembly seats. Out of these, there are 4 such seats where 3 and 6 are the only seats where the Congress has lost the elections twice in a row. Udaipur city, Rajsamand, Ghatol of Banswara and Kushalgarh assembly seat are among the seats which have lost 3 consecutive times or more. On the other hand, those who lost the elections twice are Garhi in Banswara district, Sagwada in Dungarpur, Chaurasi and Aspur seats. There are Salumbar and Udaipur rural seats in Udaipur district.

Mewar is important because
There are 10 assembly seats in Mewar where the Congress has been lagging behind for a long time. The great thing is that out of 28 assembly seats in Mewar, the Congress has 10, while the BJP is leading on 15. There is also such an assembly in Mewar which is called the stronghold of BJP. It is a big challenge to penetrate them. It is also said that if the last election is left aside, the government will be formed by the one who won here. That’s why the Congress is fully focused on taking the lead by leaving the BJP here. That’s why it has started on the strategy of strengthening the weak area.

State secretary level officers will be appointed
Congress spokesperson Swarnim Chaturvedi said that there are 53 such assemblies in Rajasthan which are being focused. In this, it has been decided that state secretary level officials will be appointed in charge of each such assembly. Meeting the people, monitoring, removing any shortcomings seen, doing public relations etc. will be done.
