Team India Medical Update: India’s five best players are running out of the team due to injury. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has given the medical update of the players. The board has given fitness updates of fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, batsman KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, famous Krishna and Rishabh Pant. The board told by tweeting how much preparation these players have done for their return. Bumrah and the famous Krishna are in the final stage. While Rahul and Iyer are batting in the nets. Rishabh Pant is going through rehab.

BCCI told that Bumrah and the famous Krishna are bowling for many overs in the nets. Both these bowlers have reached the final stage after finishing rehab. Both these bowlers will play practice matches organized by the National Cricket Academy. The medical team will take a final decision regarding these two after the practice match.

The board has given a big update regarding KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer. Both these batsmen are going through fitness drill. Rahul-Iyer has started batting in the nets. The BCCI medical team is happy with the progress of both of them. Now work will be done on the strength and skills of both of them. The board told about Rishabh Pant that he is undergoing rehab. He has started batting in the nets. A special plan has been made for them. In this, work will be done on his strength and running.

Significantly, Bumrah played the last match for Team India in September 2022. After this, he could not return to the team due to injury. Bumrah did not play in IPL 2023 as well. Shreyas Iyer played the last match for India in March 2023. Iyer also could not play in IPL 2023 due to injury.
