Delhi News: There are still 26 days left for Independence Day i.e. August 15, but kites have already started flying in the sky of Delhi. Most of the Chinese manjha is being used in kites. Whose havoc is once again visible on the streets of the capital Delhi. This incident is of Paschim Vihar West police station area of outer Delhi, where on Wednesday evening a girl came under the grip of banned Chinese manjha, due to which she died.
Actually, the girl along with her parents and sister was passing through Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar riding on a bike. The girl was sitting in front of her father’s bike. His elder sister and mother were sitting behind on the bike. Meanwhile, a Chinese manjha came and hugged her, due to which she was seriously injured. The girl’s father immediately took her to Balaji Action Hospital, where the doctors declared the girl dead. The police have registered a case under section 304/188 of the IPC in this matter and have started investigating the matter.
Innocent girl was going to learn swimming
Confirming the matter, DCP Harendra Singh said that the girl’s body has been sent to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital for postmortem. The DCP told that the girl’s father Sandeep is an accountant by profession and lives with the family in Nangloi Extension. He had left for swimming school on Wednesday evening to teach swimming to his seven-year-old daughter. The daughter was sitting in front on the bike. When they had reached Bhairo Chowk further near Peeragarhi, Manjha hugged the girl and she fell down injured. The girl died before reaching the hospital.
7 arrested for selling Chinese Manjha
After this incident, in action, the police of the outer district have arrested 7 people, who were selling Chinese manjha illegally. Police have also recovered 200 kites and 33 rolls of Chinese Manjha from their possession. Please tell that selling and using Chinese Manjha is completely prohibited. Despite this people are secretly selling and buying it. Then use it to fly kites, which is proving fatal for passers-by. Even before this, many incidents of Chinese Manjha have come to the fore.
