Chhattisgarh News: Rivers in spate due to incessant rains, more than a dozen cattle flow into Kharoon river

 

 

Please tell that due to heavy rains in Chhattisgarh, the water level of drains and rivers is continuously increasing. These days the rivers and streams of Chhattisgarh are in spate, but some people are crossing the rivers risking their lives. Many such reports have also come to the fore, in which people have died due to drowning in rivers. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be heavy rains in Chhattisgarh in the coming days.

 

 

Kumari police station in-charge KR Kosle said that 16 cattle were swept away in the Kharoon river due to the strong current of the river, out of which the bodies of three cattle have been recovered from the river. An attempt was made to rescue the rest of the cattle as well. But he has been swept away in the strong current of the river. The herder had left his cattle on the bank of the river. Meanwhile, the cattle came under the influence of the river and were swept away by the strong current.  The water level of Kharun river has increased these days.
