Congress and BJP are creating caste equation in Mewar, both made Jat district president

Rajasthan Assembly Elections 2023: Five months are left for the assembly elections in Rajasthan. In such a situation, both the major parties Congress (Congress) and BJP (BJP) are engaged in their preparations on the basis of caste equation in each assembly seat. Similar caste equation has been seen in Chittorgarh district of Mewar. Here both Congress and BJP parties have given prominence to the Jat community.

The district presidents of both the parties have been made from the Jat community. Although it was opposed in the Congress party, nothing like this has come to the fore in the BJP. Bharatiya Janata Party State General Secretary Bhajan Lal Sharma released the list of District Presidents of five districts as per the instructions of State President CP Joshi. In this list, Mithu Lal Jat has been appointed as the District President in Chittorgarh. The special thing is that 10 days ago, the Congress had simultaneously released the list of 25 district heads.

Jat community holds a lot of importance
In this, Bherulal Chaudhary was made the district president of Chittorgarh Congress. There is a discussion that after the announcement of Congress’s District President, BJP has also announced the District President from the Jat community in view of the caste equation, because the Jat community matters a lot in the elections in Chittorgarh. Ever since Chittorgarh MP CP Joshi became the BJP state president, discussions started going on that the party would change the district president here. Because Gautam Dak, the former MLA of Badi Saddi, was the District President here for three and a half years and his term had ended.

There were discussions that Mithu Lal Jat would be made the District President. Because he is considered close to state president CP Joshi. Mithu Lal has been Jat Sarpanch, Zilla Parishad member, Upazila Pramukh and District President from Jat community. That’s why it was considered certain that he would become the District President.
