Udaipur’s Chief District Education Officer Asha Mandawat told that this rule is going on in the year 2017. To comply with this, a mail is sent every year on behalf of the department, in which instructions are given to follow the rule. This year also has been sent to the school. These rules have been issued by the Council of Education Research and Training Center itself and have also been directed by the state government.
