Why do IVF fail in some women even after repeated attempts, what is the reason…


These days IVF has become a famous word in our society. Nowadays you will hear this word from the mouth of every second-third person. What is IVF? Actually… IVF is a process in which an attempt is made to put an embryo in a woman’s womb. During this whole process, the doctor gets the woman’s eggs and the man’s sperm fusion done in the lab and the embryo prepared from it is then put back into the woman’s womb.  If this whole process is successful then the woman becomes pregnant. But in some cases IVF fails. 

According to the news published in Only My Health, if the embryo is not placed properly in the womb, then in such cases IVF fails. And the woman is unable to conceive. Such a question arises that after all, for what reasons IVF fails. What can be the reasons behind this?

There can be many reasons for IVF failure:-

Poor quality of embryos

The biggest reason for failure of the whole process of IVF can be that the quality of eggs is not good. Actually, many times it happens that the fetus would not have been able to enter the womb properly. Because of which he fails. In such a situation, the capacity of the fetus ends. In such a situation, the chances of miscarriage increase. 

Obesity

Obesity can also sometimes cause infertility in women. Because of this, IVF fails. Many women are not able to conceive because of increasing weight. The fetus is less likely to develop. If the weight is more then the chances of IVF failure in such a woman increases. 

Ovarian not responding properly

Many times women are not able to release egg properly. Good quality eggs are required for the formation of embryo. If a woman releases bad eggs, then the chances of IVF failure increase. 

Bad lifestyle

Bad lifestyle can also be the biggest reason for infertility and IVF failure. Smoking, drinking alcohol, unhealthy diet can also be the reason for IVF failure. 

Hormonal imbalance

Hormonal imbalance also increases the chances of IVF failure. That’s why many times the doctor controls the hormonal imbalance before starting the process of IVF.
