Flats Booking in Delhi: There is a good opportunity for the people who are thinking about buying a house in Delhi. Flat booking has been started by DDA. On June 30, DDA started the scheme for booking flats on first come first serve basis. About 25 percent of the total 5,500 flats have been booked till July 10. 5,500 flats are being booked at different places in Delhi.

More than 650 flats were booked as soon as the booking window opened on the DDA website from noon on July 10. On the first day all 50 flats of Dwarka were fully booked. Under this scheme of DDA, 1-BHK flats are being offered in Narela, Siraspur, Rohini and Loknayak Puram. There are 2-BHK flats in Narela and Dwarka while 3-BHK flats can be booked in Jasola.

Booking of more than 1,400 flats

Officials said on Friday that out of these 5,500 flats, bookings for more than 1,400 have been done till July 21. These include 670 flats in Rohini and 625 flats in Narela. The official said that there have been good bookings at other places like 23 in Jasola, 14 in Siraspur and 33 in Loknayak Puram. According to official figures, 1,415 flats have been booked till July 21.

It has been said by DDA that online letter will be issued to the buyers within 24 hours of booking. It is noteworthy that the windows for booking of these flats were opened on July 10 and 25% flats have been booked in just 10 days.

Officials told that there is heavy traffic on the website since the booking was opened. Within 6 hours of opening of booking, 11 lakh people had visited. Later this number had increased to 17 lakhs. The website is still open for booking. You can book with your documents.
