In this, the city’s well-known property dealer Ashutosh Shahi and his two personal bodyguards were riddled with bullets by miscreants. At the same time, an advocate and a bodyguard were badly injured.

Even before this, such incidents have happened many times. At present, the Bihar Police is investigating every point in this matter. CCTV is being searched and trying its best to reach the accused.

Who is Ashutosh Shahi?

Ashutosh Shahi is a well known property dealer of Muzaffarpur. He also contested from Muzaffarpur Lok Sabha in 2019. His name also figured in the Sameer Kumar murder case in 2018. Sameer Kumar was the first mayor of Muzaffarpur city. He was also arrested regarding this scandal. However, after a few days, the court granted him bail and he came out of jail.

Ashutosh Shahi had a feud with Mantu Sharma

Ashutosh had an enmity with the infamous Mantu Sharma as well. Last year, Mantu Sharma had threatened Vijendra Uf Vikku of Ashutosh Shahi’s group on mobile. In this, a demand of Rs 50 lakh was made for cheating in a land deal. Vikku had registered its FIR. Acting on this, the police arrested Mantu Sharma in Mumbai. Later Mantu Sharma got bail.

‘Muzaffarpur means mafia system’

Such incidents used to be common in Muzaffarpur city in the 90s. The incident of gang war was often seen. The murder of Ashutosh Shahi is refreshing the whole story again. While talking to the media, Pappu Yadav has said that Muzaffarpur means mafia system. He said that there is a battle of supremacy here. However, while talking, he mentioned Bhishma Pitamah. He said that earlier also there was a Bhishma Pitamah in the city, and even today there is a Bhishma Pitamah.

SSP Rakesh Kumar issued a statement

While talking to the media on the whole matter, Muzaffarpur SSP Rakesh Kumar said on the question of the media that the criminals together executed the act. Two criminals entered the advocate’s house and two criminals were outside the house. On the question of which weapon was used in the incident, he said that at the moment the pistol is being talked about. Although everything will be clear after the forensic investigation.
