‘JAP’ jammed the rail wheel due to amendment in teacher appointment rules, many trains affected

Patna: On Sunday, the Jan Adhikar Party blocked the train wheel of the Darbhanga-New Delhi Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast at Darbhanga Junction, demanding amendment in the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Rules and implementation of the domicile policy. During this, the agitating worker said that the removal of the domicile policy by the government is a betrayal of the youth of Bihar. Due to this, there has been a lack of opportunities for the youth of Bihar. This is an insult to Bihari youth. Due to the wrong policies of the government, the youth are migrating. This is a suicidal step by the Bihar government. At the same time, ‘Jaap’ workers have jammed trains all over Bihar, due to which many trains have been affected.

‘This appointment is a conspiracy against the youth of Bihar’

Chanting District President Chunmun Yadav said that Bihar is a youth dominated state. There is a severe lack of factories in Bihar, in such a situation, government jobs are the only solution left for the youth of the state from the point of view of employment. In such a situation, the announcement of the reinstatement of 1.70 lakh school teachers in Bihar had raised a new hope among the youth, but it is becoming clear from the wrong policies of the government that this announced appointment is a conspiracy against the youth of Bihar. At the same time, he said that it is technically illegal to change the domicile policy in the middle of the teacher reinstatement process. This is causing lack of opportunities for the children of Bihar.

If the government does not accept the demand, the movement will be fierce – ‘Jap’

Jan Adhikar Party worker Deepak Kumar Jha, who is jamming, said that under the statewide programme, a program of Rail Chakka Jam is being organized by the Jan Adhikar Party in the entire state today. In this sequence, today we have jammed the Darbhanga-New Delhi Super Fast Bihar Sampark Kranti at Darbhanga Junction. We demand that the rules of teacher planning in Bihar should be improved. There is a demand from the government that the domicile policy should be implemented again in Bihar. Along with this, there should be a fair investigation in the Manipur incident and the culprits should be punished severely. If the central and state governments do not consider the demands of our people, then the movement will be made even more fierce.
