Seam: The court of Champawat district of Uttarakhand has issued a non-bailable warrant against RJD MLA Bachha Pandey of Badharia district. The senior civil judge has issued a warrant and ordered to arrest Bachha Pandey and produce him in the court. Businessman Dhan Singh of Champawat district of Uttarakhand had filed a case against Bacha Pandey for bouncing the cheque. Since then, the court has ordered to appear in the court several times, but Bacha Pandey did not appear in the court, for which the court has issued a non-bailable warrant.

It is being told that the construction work of MLA Bachha Pandey is going on in the name of Darauli Construction Private Limited. The goods related to construction were purchased by MLA’s Darauli Construction Private Limited Company from businessman Dhan Singh of Uttarakhand. After this, a check was given regarding the money transaction, but the check given by Bacha Pandey bounced several times. Regarding this, Dhan Singh filed a case against Bachha Pandey.

In this case, the court ordered Bacha Pandey to appear in the court, but despite several orders by the court, Bacha Pandey did not appear in the court. After this the court has issued a non-bailable warrant. At the same time, when an attempt was made to talk to Bacha Pandey in this matter, his mobile number was found switched off. In this case, former BJP MLC Tunna Pandey, brother of RJD MLA Bacha Pandey, told that this warrant has nothing to do with his brother, it is not his brother’s warrant. Any other child would be Pandey.
