Siddharth Nagar News: A sensational allegation has come to the fore in the death of a girl under suspicious circumstances in Shivnagar Didai police station area of Siddharthnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The father has accused an SP leader of the township of sexually abusing him for four years in the name of giving him a job, then murdering him under conspiracy and forcibly burying the dead body without post-mortem. After which, on the instructions of the DM, after one and a half months, the dead body was taken out of the grave. The father has demanded a high-level inquiry in this matter by giving an application to the SP.
In the application given to the police officers, the father of the deceased has said that his 23-year-old daughter was studying in Inter College. Last June 7, there was a marriage ceremony at the college principal’s house. Where a friend of her daughter came with a person. The friend had identified the person as her real uncle. However, later it was found that he belonged to another community. Another youth of the village had reached in that program. When the daughter did not return, she asked the young man of the village about this and called the daughter from the young man. SP leader and Rudhauli Nagar Panchayat chairman Dhirshen Nishad received the daughter’s phone.
SP leader forced the dead body to be buried – victim’s father
The victim’s father told that the SP leader told that his daughter had met with an accident. He has been admitted to a private hospital in an injured condition. As soon as he got information about this, he reached the hospital to meet the injured daughter. On asking the daughter’s friend, she told that she along with the alleged uncle and the deceased told about going to buy gifts at a place named Tilauli. They told the victim’s father that his daughter was hit by an unknown vehicle. According to the victim, the private hospital referred her daughter to CHC Rudhauli in critical condition. On reaching Basti District Hospital, the doctors declared the daughter dead. The victim’s father alleged that when he wanted to get the daughter’s post-mortem done, the SP leader refused. Not only this, he buried the dead body under pressure.
The father of the deceased made these allegations against the SP leader
The father of the deceased girl accused the SP leader of pressurizing her to have a physical relationship by luring her with a job. He also claimed that the audio of the conversation between SP leader Dhirshen, his partner and daughter has gone viral. The victim’s father has accused the SP leader and his accomplice of murder under a conspiracy. According to the victim’s father, the local police did not cooperate in this matter despite the complaint. After which the application was given to the SP.
Pulin filed a case against the SP leader and his accomplice
After receiving orders from the administration in this matter, the body of the deceased girl has been removed from the grave and sent for postmortem. The police have registered a case against an unknown person including SP leader and Rudhauli Nagar Panchayat President Dhirshen Nishad in this mall. Police has started investigating the matter. In this case, SDM Pramod Kumar says that as per the instructions of the District Magistrate Court, the dead body is being taken out of the grave and sent for postmortem. The next action will be taken on the instructions of the court.
