Gangrape In Darbhanga: Two youths raped a 15-year-old minor girl in Darbhanga district of Bihar. The police gave this information on Monday. The incident took place on Sunday night in a village under Behera police station area of the district. The accused gagged her by stuffing a cloth over her mouth and sexually assaulted her till she fell unconscious.

The victim is undergoing treatment at Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital and her condition is stable. The police conducted a medical examination of the victim, which confirmed gang-rape. According to the written complaint lodged at Bahera police station, the victim had gone to a nearby field to defecate, where two accused Shivam Kumar Singh and Manish Kumar Singh caught hold of her and gagged her and took her to an isolated place.
Police registered the case
After sexually assaulting her, he threatened her of dire consequences if she told anyone about the incident. By then she fainted. After committing the crime, the accused dumped it near his house and fled. The victim’s parents, who were looking for her, found her unconscious near the house and immediately called the police’s emergency number 112.
In this case, SHO of Behera Police Station BK Brajesh said, “We have registered an FIR under the POCSO Act and raids are being conducted to nab the accused.” Let us tell you that after this incident there is anger among the people of the area and they are demanding to catch the culprit as soon as possible.
