According to the news agency PTI, the opposition parties argue that they will win the battle of creating concepts by surrounding the government on the Manipur issue during the discussion. Sources said that after considering several options to pressurize Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make a statement in Parliament on the issue of Manipur, it was decided that a no-confidence motion would be the most effective way through which the government could be forced to discuss the issue.
